		<description>That looks soooo good!!  I&#039;ve never made calzones before but when I make pizza @ home, I&#039;ve brushed a little olive oil on the dough before putting on the sauce.  I used to use a pizza stone but actually just use parchment paper on my baking sheet now.  Turns out pretty crispy.  :o)</description>
