		<description>Made these fritters tonight and they turned out great!!  I couldn&#039;t add the red chilies because it would&#039;ve been too spicy for the kids but added a little red pepper for colour.  The kids devoured them and so did we.  Served them as a side dish with Grecian pork tenderloin stuffed with feta.  It was yummy!!  Thanks for the recipe.</description>
